The Initiative for the Advancement of Women and Youth Leadership (IADWYL) is a women and youth-led initiative serving as a frontier for promoting the social, economic, technological, and political inclusion of women and young people.
About IADWYL
By adopting a data-driven and community-based approach to promoting women and youth leadership, IADWYL seeks to break down the systemic barriers to youth and female leadership, support women-led and youth-led innovations and solutions, and promote a balanced society free of sexism and ageism.
We believe that empowering women and youths is not only a matter of justice but also a catalyst for societal transformation. With women and young people at the heart of our mission, we lead by example. Notably, 85% of our management and board leadership positions are held by women—an intentional choice that reflects our commitment to providing the space and opportunities for women to lead.
