Space For Her Fellowship
Description
The Space for Her Fellowship is a six-week program to empower female aspiring political leaders in Nigeria. The fellowship provides training on legislative processes, community entry and engagement, campaign design and execution, stakeholder engagement, lobbying, and resource mobilization.
Project Objectives
● To transform aspiring political leaders into skilled politicians
● To foster strong leadership qualities needed to navigate complex political landscapes
● To champion a social revolution for the acceptance of female political leadership
The Smart Farmer
Description
The Smart Farmer project is an initiative that trains female youth farmers on climate-smart agricultural techniques and provides free seedlings and hydroponics nutrient solution for subsistence farming.
Project Objectives
● To sensitize farmers on smart agriculture practices and other sustainable practices
● To increase farmers’ understanding of the effects of climate change in agricultural systems
● To improve the knowledge and capacity of farmers to deal with climate challenges
STEMsters/STEM

Description
The STEMsters/STEMpower is dedicated to training and equipping students from low-income and underserved communities with quality STEM education and an opportunity for advanced degrees and scholarships through the initiative.

Bank of Justice
Description
The Bank of Justice is a special fund of the IADWYL established to achieve the following purposes:
- Provide legal support for survivors of gender-based violence
- Provide mini-grants for female-owned and youth-owned enterprises
- Provide economic support for widows and women who are primary caregiver
